We had a roof leak that was supposedly fixed about five years ago. The leak started up again. I tried calling the original roofing company, but they were no longer in business. My wife, Tami, looked online for another roofing company and one popped up. Turned out they didn’t service our area but they recommended Steve Williamson. My wife wanted to look some more online and when she did, Steve’s company, Visalia Roofing popped up. So we called them and Steve and Derek came out the next day. They immediately knew what was wrong with our roof. “Your valleys are too tight; they just need to be wider,” Steve said. The original tile roofing had been installed with tight valleys, which was standard 15 to 20 years ago. The valleys needed to be widened to allow debris and water to run freely. They were out the following morning and completed the work in under three hours. They widened the valleys and cleaned out some dry rot as well.
